• Register for the AllesPost Germany service free of charge.
• Use your personal AllesPost Germany address as delivery address when ordering from your chosen online shop.
• Your order will be delivered to our German distribution centre, relabelled, and handed over to Austrian Post.
• As soon as our partner in Germany has received your item, we will inform you via e-mail.
• The e-mail will contain a payment link, allowing you to pay for your item either through the link or directly online via the item tracking system.
• Your order will then be delivered to you by the Austrian Post as usual. From the moment we receive your parcel, all Austrian Post receiving options are available to you.
• If you don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit — no problem. AllesPost Germany also offers a returns solution. Simply purchase an AllesPost Germany returns label online via the item tracking service and follow the instructions.

Important: only use the service for orders within the EU, as customs and import duties may apply for orders from international online shops, and we cannot accept such items.

How much is AllesPost Germany?

Registering for the AllesPost Germany service, including receiving your individual AllesPost Germany address, is free of charge. Costs are only incurred once we take receipt of an item for you at your AllesPost Germany address. A fee of 7.49 euros per parcel applies, regardless of the size or weight of the item (restrictions apply - see "For what items is AllesPost Germany available?".

How many items can I receive with AllesPost Germany?

There is no limit to the number of items you can receive with AllesPost Germany. You pay per item.

Can I return AllesPost Germany items?

Yes, you can, provided the online shop where you made your purchase supplies you with a shipping label for returns within Germany or an international return label.
Once you have this label, you simply need to create an AllesPost Germany return label. To do this, find the item you wish to return in your tracking information and click on “Create return label” in the item details. The AllesPost Germany return service costs 5 euros.
